The brief
Hopeet is a proud traditional-industry maker — a valve manufacturer with deep expertise in metal and pressure, and very little appetite for software. Their customers, though, increasingly wanted something the old paper trail couldn't give them quickly: proof. The test report for the exact valve in their hands.
The challenge wasn't just technical. It was building something a non-technical team could trust and live with — heavy industry, finally online, without asking anyone to become a software company overnight.
What we built
We gave them a quiet superpower: a serial-number lookup that turns a code stamped on a valve into a full PDF test report, generated and delivered to the customer in seconds.
